Photography

An original photograph that I've captured was an eye-level view of Sydney's "Chinese garden of friendship". The interesting thing about this photograph is that it was taken whilst riding a ferris wheel, thus why it was taken from an eye-level view. The integration of architecture and nature gives of a rather beautiful and industrial feel to the photograph.

Architecture

An image of a great picture of architecture that inspires me :)

Contemporary house in Marbella by A-cero Architects
The unconventional structure of the building is what draws the eye to the building. What I love about this house is the neutral colour palette, starting from the cobblestone fencing which leads the eye to the structure. In addition, the windows which encase the house allow the residents to acquire an exceptional panoramic view from the elevated level of the house.

My best piece of creative work..

..before coming to this course, is my major design project from Design and Technology.

I would classify this to be my best piece of work in the architectural area because it was my first time in dealing with such a huge project and learning to use a program (modo 501) in a short amount of time. What's interesting about this particular project is the end result and the textures that i was able to convey using a computer program.
